The surface heats up way too fast, creating this hard &amp;ldquo;skin&amp;rdquo; or crust on top.&#xA;Here&amp;rsquo;s the problem: once that skin locks in, it traps all the solvents and gases underneath. You end up with those annoying pinholes and bubbles. Or worse, the finish looks polished and pretty, but it doesn&amp;rsquo;t actually stick to the wheel.&#xA;We fixed this by switching to shortwave infrared (SWIR) lamps.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
