If the voltage dips or the wattage is slightly off, you&amp;rsquo;ll start seeing &amp;ldquo;pearling&amp;rdquo; or weirdly thin walls in your bottles. Nobody wants that.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Built to fit, built to last&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We went with heavy-wall quartz glass. Why? Because extreme heat makes cheap glass bow, and that ruins everything.&#xA;The ends use standard R7s or SK15 connectors, and the footprint is a mirror image of the OEM specs. You can swap these out during a scheduled stop and be back up and running in minutes. No rewiring. No headaches.&#xA;Plus, we added a short-wave coating to the quartz. Instead of wasting energy heating up the oven walls, the infrared energy goes straight into the plastic. It&amp;rsquo;s just smarter.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A few real-world tips&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These lamps put out a massive amount of heat. Because of that, you&amp;rsquo;ve got to keep your reflectors polished and clean.&#xA;If the reflector is &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;dirty&lt;/a&gt;, the lamp overheats and the filament burns out way too fast. We&amp;rsquo;ve seen plenty of lamps die early simply because the oven&amp;rsquo;s cooling fans were clogged with dust. Keep the airflow clear, and your lamps will last a lot longer.
